The American Heritage dictionary: look up the meaning of any word. It will be displayed in context and you can listen to the pronunciation.

http://dictionary.msn.com/
Encarta same as above, but when you want to listen to a word, you have to choose between two listening interfaces. You should click on ‘WAV’ instead of ‘AIF.’ This site is good because it gives an alphabetical listing of the words around the one you chose in case you misspelled it or want to look up another form of it.

http://dictionary.cambridge.org/default.asp
