Printing & Photocopying

Library :

Black and white printing costs $.03 per page. The library does not have a color printer.

The library sells blank print cards via the print card machine in the northwest corner of the library. This machine can also be used to add money to print cards. Students can add money to their student IDs (for printing) using this machine if they have first taken their ID to the 3rd floor computer lab to be encoded. Note: this machine will not give change back. It only accepts bills, not coins. Money may be added to cards in $1.00 or $5.00 increments. The circulation desk staff may make change for bills up to $10.00 if available. No refunds will be given for money lost due to inadvertent purchase of multiple cards.

Black and white photocopies cost $.10 per page. The library does not have color photocopiers. The library copy machines do not accept any form of cards – they accept cash (bills or coins) only and WILL return unused change.

 

3rd Floor Computer Lab (BE 3148) :

Black and white printing costs $.03 per page. The 3rd floor computer lab also has a color printer; the cost is $.25 per page.

Money can be added to student ID cards (provided they have been encoded) and print cards using the machine in the computer lab. The machine only accepts bills (not coins) and will not give change back. Money may be added to cards in $1.00 or $5.00 increments.

The computer lab does not sell blank print cards, and has no photocopiers; staff cannot make change.

The computer lab has a flatbed scanner – reservations are recommended.

 

Copy Center :

The 3rd floor copy center charges $.05 plus tax per page for black and white photocopies, and accepts cash only. They do not have color photocopiers.

The copy center does not have printers, and does not sell print cards.

The copy center has a fax machine. The charge is $1.75 for the first page, plus $.75 per page for each remaining page.
